Yes. For this limited collector's edition, the British boutique label Arrow Video was provided with a new 4K master prepared in 2024 by China's Disk Kino. This master was sourced from a 2022 comprehensive restoration and subsequent 4K scan of the original camera negatives. This means we are getting a native 4K Ultra HD presentation and a transfer based on proven source elements that have already received flawless, top-tier scores from reviewers. The film is presented with the love and care this true action classic deserves. As with all premium releases of this caliber, you can expect the definitive presentation of the film to date, easily surpassing the original analog prints audiences saw in theaters during its premiere.
