Do I get native 4k Ultra HD?

Yes. Of course, in 1998 it was standard to shoot on classic 35mm film, so now the studio could go back to the original negatives and do a full restoration and subsequent remastering. A new digital intermediate was then made in 4k, and the filmmakers took the opportunity to make the most of modern technology by doing color and "luminance" grading in Dolby Vision. It's clear, then, that the new look of the film is wringing the maximum possible out of the analogue source material, with the Ultra HD Blu-ray transfer then using all that potential for a superb presentation. It makes the film look even better than it did at the time of its theatrical release, and it's highly likely that it won't look any better.
