Will I get native 4k Ultra HD?

Yes. McTiernan shot Die Hard on conventional 35mm film stock, and the trick shots were shot on 65mm. For the Ultra HD Blu-ray release, 20th Century Fox pulled the original analogue footage from the archives and cleaned it all up, then scanned it for the new 4k master. So the Ultra HD Blu-ray presentation certainly has a lot to draw from and very likely offers the best possible presentation of material that, given its nature and age, will not be able to be mined any more in the future.
