Do I get Native 4k Ultra HD?

Yes. We've said a few times that years 2021 and 22 are turning points for Hollywood production technically, in that filmmakers have started to move towards native 4k production in a big way. Don't Worry Darling is one such film: it was made with Arri Alexa LF digital cameras, whose new chips record raw footage in 4.5k. This was then slightly downsampled for native 4k post-production, which of course resulted in an equally native 4k master. So you can expect nothing less than a technically precise spectacle from an Ultra HD transfer, with superb definition at the limit of a reference image. Furthermore, the film has been colour graded directly for Dolby Vision cinema, and although there is no DV layer on the disc, the native HDR grading no doubt helps to work excellently with the wide brightness range. Given the highest possible production parameters, one can expect nothing but the highest possible quality from the disc, which playfully surpasses even what we've had the chance to see in theaters.
