Do I get native 4k ULTRA HD?

Yes. John Carpenter's cult 1996 sci-fi action sequel, reuniting him with Kurt Russell as Snake Plissken, was shot by cinematographer Gary B. Kibbe on classic 35mm analog film with Panavision anamorphic lenses and finished photochemically (save for mid-1990s CGI shots rendered at lower resolution and filmed out to negative, which naturally look softer). Paramount returned to the original 35mm camera negatives for a brand-new 4k scan and native 4k master featuring Dolby Vision and HDR-10. Compared to the dated old Blu-ray, the Ultra HD Blu-ray delivers a major upgrade in fine detail and organic grain structure, while HDR and WCG work wonders for a film set almost entirely across the pitch-black, fire-lit ruins of nocturnal Los Angeles.
