Will I get native 4k Ultra HD?

Yes. Ang Lee shot Hulk on 35mm film, with all visual effects sequences recorded back out to the negative without going through a full digital intermediate. While VFX shots may exhibit slight softness in fine detail rendering, the presentation is sourced from a native 4K master that extracts the absolute maximum detail reproduction from the 35mm film elements. The same holds true for its combination of WCG and HDR. Consequently, it is safe to say this represents the definitive audiovisual presentation of the film, one that no future transfer will surpass in quality.
