Will I get native 4k Ultra HD?

The Goosebumps sequel falls into the vast group of Hollywood films shot on the Arri Alexa XT digital camera, which captures raw footage at 2.8K. That footage was subsequently downsampled for post-production, resulting in a 2K master from which the UHDBD is upsampled. Alongside a modest increase in fine detail rendering, the disc's main strength is the expansion of color and luminance space—as is typical for visually vibrant titles, HDR and WCG ultimately matter more than 4K resolution. In any case, given the nature of the source material, the film will never look any better than it does on this UHDBD.
