Will I get native 4k Ultra HD?
Fifty Shades of Grey was shot on Arri Alexa XT digital cameras at a resolution of 2.8K. Given that—and the fact that the film is not particularly ambitious audiovisually—it comes as no surprise that the final master was completed in 2K. The film is therefore upscaled for its Ultra HD Blu-ray presentation.
