Will I get native 4K ULTRA HD?

Yes. Sleepy Hollow was, of course, made on classic film stock, which could serve as the basis for a new digitization and remaster. As we know, classic 35mm film has a theoretical resolution of around 6K, making it a sufficiently valuable source for a quality 4K master. And indeed, the new 4K master is a dramatic leap compared to the original Blu-ray transfers in terms of detail rendering and the ability to reproduce the characteristics of the film stock.

This is also related to the ability of HDR (on the Ultra HD Blu-ray, including the Dolby Vision variant) to work more effectively with the dynamic range and color palette of the original negatives. The new 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray is the best representation of Burton's vision to date and qualitatively surpasses even the film's appearance at the time of its theatrical premiere. It is highly probable that it will never look or sound better.
