Will I get native 4k Ultra HD?

Yes. Tim Burton's horror-comedy was made before the era of digital intermediates, meaning post-production was carried out photochemically. This allowed the studio to return to the archival camera negatives, scan them in 4K, and create a native 4K master. The Ultra HD Blu-ray transfer thus draws upon a source packed with visual information, delivering all the hallmarks of a top-tier analog transfer: faithful preservation of the 35mm film look, including organic grain reproduction and healthy luminance dynamics that harness the wide exposure latitude of film stock, alongside a clear uptick in fine detail rendering, sharpness, and color resolution. Combined with a remastered object-based audio mix, Beetlejuice arguably looks and sounds better than ever before—including its original theatrical run. The possibilities unlocked by HDR and WCG suit this title exceptionally well, allowing the UHDBD to extract every last bit of visual information stored on the 35mm negatives.
