Sunset Boulevard 4k | Limited Collector´s Edition

Yes. Billy Wilder's immortal 1950 film noir masterpiece Sunset Boulevard was shot analog by cinematographer John F. Seitz on black-and-white 35mm nitrate film stock and finished photochemically. Marking the 75th anniversary of its premiere, Paramount undertook a meticulous native 4k restoration sourced from the finest surviving archival 35mm film elements, complete with Dolby Vision and HDR-10 grading. Housed on a BD-66 disc, the monochrome image dazzles with breathtaking shadow depth, velvety blacks, a rich spectrum of silvery grays, and tack-sharp fine detail across Norma Desmond's decaying mansion, opulent gowns, and the expressive performances of Gloria Swanson and William Holden—all framed by beautifully preserved organic film grain.
