Do I get native 4K Ultra HD?
Yes. The Patriot was filmed at a time when digital intermediate masters were not yet being created, meaning the film was finished photochemically. The studio was therefore able to scan the original camera negatives in 4K and create a native Ultra HD transfer enhanced with HDR. Foreign reviews praise the video quality and awarded it top marks, highlighting the strong grain reproduction and texture detail, as well as the tremendous color and brightness upgrade compared to the original Blu-ray.
