Will I get native 4k Ultra HD?

Yes. Underworld: Blood Wars was shot on Red Weapon Dragon digital cameras at 6K resolution, which was subsequently downscaled by 2K for post-production. The master for the Ultra HD Blu-ray transfer therefore has a native 4K resolution, which according to international reviews yields a noticeably sharper image with excellent fine detail rendering. Compared to the Blu-ray, the UHD version improves upon shadow detail, black-level definition, and the handling of specular highlights. In terms of color, the film's intentionally desaturated palette leaves little room for vibrancy, and HDR has limited opportunity to truly pop. While it is a clear step up over the standard Blu-ray, international reviewers note that the Ultra HD Blu-ray's primary advantage lies in its sharpness; the film looks better in UHD with HDR, though its stylized aesthetic keeps it from being a flashy demo disc.
