Will I get native 4k Ultra HD?

Yes. While Murder on the Orient Express is a relatively intimate story, Branagh shot it as a grand spectacle—capturing the scenes with large-format cameras on 65mm motion picture film. The raw footage was subsequently scanned at a monstrous 8K resolution. To keep server farms from melting down during post-production, the material was downsampled to 4K, which is also the resolution in which the final master was completed. The Ultra HD Blu-ray is therefore sourced from native 4K, which—backed by HDR—lays the foundation for a reference-grade transfer. You can read more about its qualities in our in-depth article on Blu-space.
