Yes. Amy Heckerling's beloved 1995 teen comedy was shot by cinematographer Bill Pope (The Matrix, Baby Driver) on 35mm Panavision film and finished photochemically. Celebrating the film's 30th anniversary, Paramount returned to the original 35mm camera negatives for a brand-new 4k scan and native 4k master graded in both Dolby Vision and HDR-10. Sun-drenched Beverly Hills and Cher Horowitz's vibrant 1990s wardrobe were practically made for WCG and HDR: the iconic yellow plaid outfit, lush greens, and natural skin tones pop with fresh vitality, while organic film grain and fine fabric textures leave the dated Blu-ray in the dust.
