Do I get native 4k Ultra HD?
Yes. And in reference form. Greta Gerwig shot Barbie on an Arri Alexa 65 large format digital cameras, the digital equivalent of 65mm film. Their 6.5k resolution is enormous in itself, and then when one adds in the fact that most of the sets were created realistically, not digitally, one can expect the film's visuals to be top quality and not dulled by so many digital effects. In addition, the HDR component stands out thanks to the high brightness, strong colours and deep contrast of the source material. Barbie therefore looks absolutely superb on UHDBD and can be classified as one of the highlights of the format.

Má 4K bluray, tak bluray verze stejnou kvalitu dabingu nebo je tam nejaky rozdil v bitrate atd ve prospech uhd?

To by me taky zajimalo, jestli ma obecne bluray verze i u jinych filmu nejak osizeny/horsi zvuk, at uz dabing nebo original proti 4k blu-ray disku nebo je rozdil pouze v obrazu fullhd vs 4K, hdr, dv.

Zpravidla bývají stejné. V mixu samozřejmě rozdíl není žádný, v kvalitě ve valné většině případů také ne, komprese bývá stejná.
