Do I get native 4k Ultra HD?

Yes. Steven Soderbergh has always loved experimenting with technology, so it's no wonder he was among the first in Hollywood to embrace fully digital production. That's why, back in 2011, Contagion was shooting entirely on digital cameras - specifically the then-nearly-new Red One, which was beginning to find its way into professional production. So he shot Contagion in 4.5k and then post-produced in 4k. This made the master native in 4k. You can't expect great HDR results, but in terms of detail and sharpness, despite the relative age of the digital footage, it should be top notch.
