Will I get native 4k Ultra HD?

The live-action scenes were shot on an Arri Alexa camera at 2.8K resolution, while the animated remainder was rendered in 2K, which was also the resolution of the DI master. For its UHDBD release, The Lego Movie was therefore upscaled to Ultra HD. Given the nature of the source material (computer-generated imagery), however, the lower resolution of the master should not be noticeable.

International reviewers agree with this assessment. The Lego Movie already looks fantastic on Blu-ray, leaving the Ultra HD Blu-ray with limited room for improvement in terms of raw detail reproduction—both presentations are nearly identical in that regard. The real benefit comes from HDR, which gives the film slightly deeper blacks along with higher contrast and saturation. Animated films always benefit most from a wide color palette and expansive luminance range, making it clear that for The Lego Movie, WCG and HDR matter far more than resolution, pushing the transfer beyond the reach of standard Blu-ray.
