Will I get native 4k Ultra HD?

Yes. The Last Duel is another product of the Hollywood trend toward shooting major productions on Arri's large-format Alexa LF digital cameras, which capture native 4.5K footage with top-tier image characteristics. When the film is subsequently finished in a 4K pipeline—as is the case with Ridley Scott's historical drama, which boasts a native 4K master—the home release extracts the absolute maximum from the source photography. Viewers can therefore expect peak image quality from The Last Duel, pairing immense resolution with the format's signature duo of WCG and HDR. Here, those technologies particularly bolster shadow detail and image solidity in dimly lit scenes where SDR would otherwise fall a step behind.
