Will I get native 4k Ultra HD?

Yes. Francis Ford Coppola shot Apocalypse Now on 35mm motion picture film and naturally finished the war classic photochemically. For its anniversary, the studio was able to go back to the original camera negatives, restore them, scan them anew in 4K, and produce a native 4K master. The Ultra HD Blu-ray is sourced from this native 4K master, presenting the film in its finest possible form thanks not only to the complete restoration, but also to a new HDR color grade. The combination of HDR and WCG extracts the maximum luminance and color latitude from the original elements, meaning the title will never look better than it does on UHDBD—and indeed looks even better on the new format than it did in theaters.
