Will I get native 4k Ultra HD?

Yes. The first three Indiana Jones films were made in a purely analog era before digital intermediates, meaning they were finished entirely photochemically, with optical effects and matte paintings composited traditionally. To maintain visual consistency, Steven Spielberg also shot the fourth installment on 35mm film; because it was a VFX-heavy production, its original digital intermediate was finished in 2K. Fortunately, for the Ultra HD Blu-ray release, the fourth film was completely remastered from a 4K scan of the original camera negatives to create a new 4K master. The same holds true for the original trilogy: the studio restored the original camera negatives and scanned them in 4K to produce brand-new masters, allowing the UHDBDs to draw upon a wealth of fine visual detail.

At the same time, it preserves the gorgeous patina of film grain, making Indy look more "filmic" at home than ever before. Not only that, the new HDR grades make full use of the exposure latitude of the film stock, presenting Spielberg's action-adventure classics with a luminance range that breathes new life into the imagery of this legendary series. According to international reviews, the remasters and their new presentation are a resounding success, making Indiana Jones look better than ever. This even holds true for the special effects shots—through careful color grading and subtle touch-ups, the studio gently refined some of the imperfect matte-painting composites so that the transitions between live-action footage and painted/animated elements are far less conspicuous. Overall, the famous adventurer's film series has never looked this good, and since this is almost certainly its final release on physical media, it is safe to say it will never look any better. This is the definitive presentation of Indiana Jones.
