Will I get native 4K Ultra HD?

Yes. Given its age, it is no surprise that The Karate Kid was shot using traditional 35mm film and subsequently finished photochemically, without the use of a digital intermediate as is common today. This allowed the studio to return to the archives, retrieve the original negatives, carefully treat and scan them in 4K, and then create a new 4K master following digital restoration. This master preserves most of the image data that the original analog material is capable of providing, represents the film grain more faithfully, and presents the film at a quality that surpasses even the theatrical projection quality of its original premiere. When we add to this the UHD format's ability to extract more colors and a greater dynamic range from the master, which are then reproduced on disc using WCG and HDR technologies, it is clear that The Karate Kid has never looked better — and, with a high degree of probability, never will.
