Do I get native 4k ULTRA HD?

Yes. De Palma's classic was, of course, shot on classic 35mm film. This allowed the studio to go back into their archives to pull out the original negatives, restore them and then scan them in 4k. This allows the Ultra HD Blu-ray presentation to bounce back to native 4k. Alongside the increase in resolution and improvement in compression quality, it is equally important to mention the presence of expanded colour and luminance space, i.e. WCG and HDR, which may result in a film looking better on UHDBD than it did in cinemas at the time of its release, thanks to the use of all the visual information conveyed by analogue film. And it's certainly a significant upgrade over the relatively unsuccessful Blu-ray transfer. To make it even more sweet, the UHDBD also comes with upmixed audio in the form of DTS:X.
