Will I get native 4k Ultra HD?

Yes. Braveheart was made before the era of digital intermediates (DI), meaning it was finished entirely photochemically. For the film's Ultra HD Blu-ray release, the studio therefore had access to the original analog camera negatives, which it was able to scan in 4K. As a result, the native 4K master boasts substantially better fine detail rendering, grain definition, and sharpness. In addition, UHDBD features superior compression, accommodates a wider color palette, and operates with a higher dynamic range. All of this results in a reference-grade transfer which—since it is sourced from the same master as the recently released international edition—is widely regarded by reviewers as exceptionally well done.
