Will I get native 4k Ultra HD?

Yes. At the time of its original release, Scott Pilgrim vs. the World was finished on a 2K master, but for its re-release the studio decided to bring back the director and cinematographer to remaster the film in 4K. The main purpose of the new master was less about resolution and more about a fresh color grade, allowing the transfer to boast both excellent HDR—a huge win for a film with such distinctive visuals—and color accuracy: thanks to the creative supervision of Edgar Wright and cinematographer Bill Pope, the new transfer honors the artistic intent one hundred percent. Consequently, the UHDBD edition can be considered definitive, and since the transfer extracts the absolute maximum from the source material, it is unlikely to ever look any better.
