Will I get native 4k Ultra HD?

Yes. Although Don't Breathe 2 was shot on the Arri Alexa Mini at a raw resolution of 3.4K, the final master was by all accounts finished in 4K. The horror sequel doesn't have many opportunities to flaunt this, as the vast majority of its runtime unfolds in darkness or extremely dimly lit scenes where even the finest sharpness and detail reproduction take a back seat. Even so, the film naturally benefits from its high-resolution pedigree. Here, HDR primarily refines shadow detail and creates a more three-dimensional image compared to the SDR Blu-ray, which among other things translates to cleaner noise handling. As always, the UHDBD stands as the finest audiovisual presentation available, surpassing even what audiences experienced in theaters.
