Will I get native 4k Ultra HD?

Yes. Seasoned film enthusiasts know that when preparing new transfers of older titles shot on 35mm motion picture stock, studios locate the original camera negatives in the archives, carefully restore them, scan them at 4K or higher, digitally clean them, and produce a new native 4K master. That is precisely the case with The Natural. This 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray transfer delivers everything we expect from a top-tier catalog release: impressive sharpness and fine detail rendering backed by confident HEVC compression, organic grain definition, expanded color and luminance gamuts via WCG and HDR, and a newly remixed Dolby Atmos soundtrack. On a capable A/V system, The Natural looks even better than it did in theaters during its original run, making this the finest technical presentation of the classic to date—and almost certainly the best it will ever look.
