Will I get native 4k Ultra HD?

Yes. Spielberg's classic was, of course, shot on traditional 35mm motion picture film. This allowed the studio to return to its archives, pull the original camera negatives, restore them, and scan them in 4K. The Ultra HD Blu-ray presentation is thus built upon native 4K. Alongside the increase in resolution and improved compression quality, it is equally important to mention the expanded color and luminance range—WCG and HDR—which, by harnessing all the visual information captured on the film stock, allow the movie to look even better on UHDBD than it did in theaters at the time of its original premiere. And in all likelihood, it will never look any better.
